Professor Haffejee is a founding member of CHAPS and serves on the Human Capital, Social and Ethics Committee.
He is Head of the Urology Department at the University of the Witwatersrand and has over 20 years of experience in his field, with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry.
Bulelani serves on the Human Capital, Social and Ethics Committee at CHAPS.
He holds multiple qualifications in Business and Commerce, as well as a Comprehensive Diploma in Nursing.
He is a Public Health Specialist with more 18 years of experience in managing HIV and AIDS and TB prevention, care, and treatment programmes.
Dino is a recognized global health leader, published researcher, and ER physician with first-hand knowledge of how technology can both help and hinder clinical workflows.
He has dedicated his career to the advancement of global health through research and innovation, holding various leadership and technical roles at organizations such as the Centre for HIV and AIDS Prevention Studies (CHAPS), the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The Aurum Institute and Audere.
Dino was the Founder and CEO of CHAPS. Currently as the CEO of Audere, a Seattle-based digital health non-profit organisation, Dino enthusiastically drives Audere’s vision forward and implements its strategy. Dino obtained both his Medical and MBA degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand.
